About Us

This plant was bought by Mike Riechers in 2010 and remodeled a year later. The new model includes a smokehouse, broadening his inventory to include a variety of self-made sausages and brats. Coming from a small town, he understands the importance of giving back to the community, which is why he enjoys aiding in fundraisers and donating extra meat to local food pantries. With the help of great people, the Riechers family business is able to provide top quality products and services.
